Who we are

With over 21 years of experience in the San Francisco and Los Angeles culinary scenes, I am excited to offer my professional services for your upcoming private events, catering, and prepared meals.

My journey began in San Francisco’s fine dining pastry kitchens, where I spent eight years honing precision and creativity. I eventually transitioned into Italian and American cuisines, most notably as a founding partner of Pearl 6101. After relocating to Los Angeles in 2020, I expanded my expertise into butchery and front-of-house operations, ultimately serving as the Chef de Cuisine at Horses on Sunset.

I am now bringing this full scope of experience into your home. My goal is to create restaurant-quality food that is personal, intentional, and unforgettable.
